It's so hot, even my computer is complaining! *constant beep in the background* We have a cooler but it's not hooked up to the water, yet. Since it's on the roof, we have to hire someone (a neighbor) to get up there for us.
PT wasn't as bad today. They went easier on me with some isometric exercises. I still ache, but not nearly as bad as last time.
